For inquiring cyclists, the NYPD / Secret Service posse biking in the park this morning belonged to Denmark’s Prime Minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen, keeping a decent pace on his MTB. One NYPD bike cop got dropped and ended up literally holding on to the squad car and not pedaling, huffing and puffing.
